Roll the Burritos:
Fold the sides inward and roll tightly to seal all the ingredients.
Cook:
Option 1 (Pan Method): Heat olive oil in a pan and sear burritos on each side until golden and crispy.
Option 2 (Oven Method): Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10–12 minutes until crisp and melted.

Slice in half and serve hot with sour cream, cilantro.
