  • 1 can 6 oz tomato paste

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Vegetables:
  • 3 carrots peeled and sliced
  • 2 celery stalks chopped
  • 3 potatoes diced
  • 1 cup green beans trimmed and cut
  • 1 cup corn kernels fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup peas optional
  • 1 small onion chopped

Method

  3. Combine Ingredients: Add beef broth, water, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and all seasonings. Stir well.
  4. Add Vegetables: Mix in carrots, celery, potatoes, green beans, corn, peas, and onion. Stir to combine.
  5. Cook: Cover and cook on LOW for 8–9 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours, until beef and vegetables are tender.
