Method
- Add potatoes to the crockpot.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika; place on top.
- Whisk melted butter, broth, cream, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and parmesan.
- Pour sauce over chicken and potatoes.
- Cook on LOW 6–7 hours or HIGH 3–4 hours.
- Stir gently, garnish with parsley and extra parmesan, and serve.
Notes
For thicker sauce, remove lid for last 20 minutes or add 2 tbsp cream cheese.
Chicken thighs may be substituted.
Store leftovers up to 4 days; reheat gently.
