Method
- Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter and press into a lined springform pan. Chill 15 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.
- Spread filling over crust and chill 1 hour.
- Spread caramel sauce evenly on top. Chill 30 minutes.
- Heat cream and pour over chocolate chips. Stir smooth.
- Pour ganache over caramel and smooth top.
- Chill at least 4 hours or overnight until set. Slice and serve.
Notes
Chill between layers for clean separation.
Use full-fat cream cheese for best texture.
Warm knife before slicing for neat cuts.
