Millionaire Cheesecake is a rich no-bake dessert with a buttery biscuit base, creamy cheesecake filling, sweet caramel layer, and smooth chocolate ganache topping. A show-stopping cheesecake perfect for special occasions.

Ingredients
  

  • Base
  • 2 cups crushed digestive biscuits or graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • Cheesecake Filling
  • 16 oz 450 g cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped
  • Caramel Layer
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • Chocolate Topping
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Method
 

  1. Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter and press into a lined springform pan. Chill 15 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.
  3. Spread filling over crust and chill 1 hour.
  4. Spread caramel sauce evenly on top. Chill 30 minutes.
  5. Heat cream and pour over chocolate chips. Stir smooth.
  6. Pour ganache over caramel and smooth top.
  7. Chill at least 4 hours or overnight until set. Slice and serve.

Notes

Chill between layers for clean separation.
Use full-fat cream cheese for best texture.
Warm knife before slicing for neat cuts.
