Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a loaf pan.
- Mash bananas in a bowl.
- Add melted butter, sugars, eggs, vanilla, and sour cream. Mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Combine dry and wet ingredients gently.
- Pour batter into pan.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes.
- Cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
Use overripe bananas for best results.
Do not overmix the batter.
Add nuts or chocolate chips if desired.
