Make the Crust:
In a small bowl, combine crushed vanilla wafers with melted butter. Mix until crumbs are evenly coated. Spoon about 1–2 tablespoons into small dessert cups or ramekins and press gently to form the base.
Prepare the Filling:
Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and instant banana pudding mix. Slowly whisk in the cold milk and mix until thick and creamy.
Fold in Whipped Topping:
Gently fold in the whipped topping until smooth and fluffy. This creates the light, airy texture of the filling.
Assemble:
Spoon a layer of filling over the crust in each cup. Add a few banana slices, then top with more filling. Smooth the top.
Chill:
Refrigerate for 1–2 hours to allow the pies to set and the flavors to blend.
Serve:
Top with whipped cream, fresh banana slices, and a drizzle of caramel or chocolate if desired. Serve chilled and enjoy!
