- Make the crust:
- Mix crushed biscuits, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press the mixture firmly into the base of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill for 15–20 minutes.
- Prepare the filling:
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, Nutella, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in whipped cream:
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the Nutella mixture until combined. The mixture should be airy and fluffy.
- Assemble:
- Pour the filling over the chilled crust. Smooth the top with a spatula and cover the pan with plastic wrap.
- Chill and set:
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for the best consistency.
- Serve:
- Top with whipped cream, chopped hazelnuts, and a drizzle of Nutella before serving.
Notes
For a lighter texture, don’t overmix after adding whipped cream.
You can use digestive biscuits or graham crackers for the crust instead of Oreos.
