Ingredients
  

  • Crust:
  • 2 cups chocolate biscuits or Oreo crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tbsp sugar optional
  • Cheesecake Filling:
  • 2 cups cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped to soft peaks
  • Toppings optional:
  • Whipped cream
  • Crushed hazelnuts
  • Chocolate shavings
  • Extra Nutella drizzle

Method
 

  1. Make the crust:
  2. Mix crushed biscuits, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press the mixture firmly into the base of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill for 15–20 minutes.
  3. Prepare the filling:
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, Nutella, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  5. Fold in whipped cream:
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the Nutella mixture until combined. The mixture should be airy and fluffy.
  7. Assemble:
  8. Pour the filling over the chilled crust. Smooth the top with a spatula and cover the pan with plastic wrap.
  9. Chill and set:
  10. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for the best consistency.
  11. Serve:
  12. Top with whipped cream, chopped hazelnuts, and a drizzle of Nutella before serving.

Notes

 
For a lighter texture, don’t overmix after adding whipped cream.
You can use digestive biscuits or graham crackers for the crust instead of Oreos.
