Ingredients

  • 2 medium apples diced (Honeycrisp or Gala recommended)
  • 2 medium pears diced
  • 1 cup red or green grapes halved
  • 1 cup pomegranate arils
  • 2 oranges peeled and segmented
  • 1 cup fresh berries optional: strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice to keep fruit fresh
  • Cinnamon Honey Dressing
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 ½ tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Prep the Fruit
  2. Wash all fruit thoroughly.
  3. Dice the apples and pears into bite-sized cubes.
  4. Halve the grapes and peel/segment the oranges.
  5. Add all fruit to a large mixing bowl and toss with lemon juice.
  6. Make the Dressing
  7. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, orange juice, cinnamon, and vanilla until smooth.
  8. Combine
  9. Pour the cinnamon honey dressing over the fruit.
  10. Gently toss to coat evenly without crushing the fruit.
  11. Serve
  12. Chill for 10–15 minutes if you prefer it cold, then serve fresh.
