Method
- Season beef with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet; sear beef on all sides until browned.
- Add potatoes to the slow cooker. Place seared beef on top.
- Whisk melted butter, garlic, broth, and Worcestershire. Pour over beef and potatoes.
- Cook on LOW 6–8 hours or HIGH 3–4 hours, until tender.
- Stir gently, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
Skip the sear if short on time — but browning adds flavor.
Add carrots or mushrooms for extra veggies.
Store leftovers in the fridge up to 3 days or freeze up to 2 months.
