Sweetened Condensed Milk Snowball Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Extra powdered sugar for rolling

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Beat butter until creamy; mix in condensed milk, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
  3. Stir in flour and salt. Chill dough 20–30 minutes.
  4. Roll into 1-tablespoon balls; place on sheet.
  5. Bake 10–12 minutes until lightly golden underneath.
  6. Cool 5 minutes, roll in powdered sugar, cool fully, then roll again.

Notes

Add chocolate chips, coconut, or nuts for variety.
Store airtight up to 5 days or freeze up to 2 months.
Roll while warm so the coating sticks beautifully.
