Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment.
- Beat butter until creamy; mix in condensed milk, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
- Stir in flour and salt. Chill dough 20–30 minutes.
- Roll into 1-tablespoon balls; place on sheet.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until lightly golden underneath.
- Cool 5 minutes, roll in powdered sugar, cool fully, then roll again.
Notes
Add chocolate chips, coconut, or nuts for variety.
Store airtight up to 5 days or freeze up to 2 months.
Roll while warm so the coating sticks beautifully.
